Draught proofing is an amazing method of saving money while improving your house’s efficient in terms of energy use.

What is draughtproofing?

Draught proofing is essentially filling the gaps opening up cold air to enter your home, and also the warm air out your home. As much warm air that you’re losing from your home and the greater amount of energy you’ll need to compensate for the warmth that you’ve lost. The more your house is likely to become cold , the more you’ll be thinking about and dealing with this issue. We are aware that a lot of Dorset’s sash windows require their sash windows to look at. It is not necessary to be able to figure out how to take off the sash of a window. It’s not necessary when the local specialists of Dorset (us!) available 🙂

What is the process?

In general, we’ll remove the sashes from windows that are rattling or letting in cold air draught. We’ll bring what’s needed and bring it back to our workshop in Dorset to begin working on the areas of the sash will be draughtproofed. While we’re there we’ll take care of any issues with rot and anything else that requires being taken care of.
