AGCO supports farmers and gives them the right to repair their equipment

AGCO developed their AGCO diagnostics tool for customers, a tool called Tech Connect Diagnostics-CV (TCD-CV). TCD-CV is a component of the Tech Connect Suite that can be provided to customers to aid with maintaining and diagnosing and fixing their equipment.
Tech Connect Diagnostics
TCD-CV is a website-based application that is available for rental through authorized dealers that offer and maintain the specific brand of the customer. The application allows access to any model supported by TCD-CV that the dealer has contract to offer.
Access to TCD-CV is purchased by an authorized dealer through the AGCO tool for service website. The TCD-CV package has a variety of rental period options including 1 month three months, and six months. The package comprises:
PC that has TCD-CV installed as well as the cables needed to connect to an appropriate unit
Electronic access to diagnostics as and access to support manuals, help screens , and quick-start guides

Accessing the Internet
Access is a straightforward order procedure that is placed via an authorized retailer.
The customer must review and accept this “Tech Connect Diagnostics End User Agreement.” Your dealer will be able to print a copy of the agreement for review.
The dealer will require basic information about the customer including address, name, contact information, and the duration of the rental. The information collected will be used to send an request from AGCO Service Tools for TCD-CV login credentials.
The dealer will submit an order to purchase the set through AGCO Service Tools. AGCO Service Tools website. After that, the dealer will bill the client for the cost of the rental of the tool, which includes the refundable core cost to purchase the tools. AGCO Service Tools will process the order and delivery to the customer in 3-4 days. A customer’s email will be sent by AGCO Service Tools with the login details. The rental clock will begin within 48 hours of the time the email has been sent.
When the customer has received the software, they are able to start their PC and sign in to the TCD-CV program with the credentials that were provided. Internet connection is needed for validation.
When the rental time is up, the customer must return the tool at AGCO Service Tools, in the original packaging, with the label for shipping that was prepay. Once the tool has been accepted from AGCO Service tools and has been verified as being in good functioning order The dealer will be informed and the deposit paid by the customer will be reimbursed by AGCO Service Tools. When the device is damaged or has not been returned then the deposit won’t be returned.
