You are planning a vacation in Malta soon. There are so many sights and you are confused about which to visit and how to spend your time on the island. We will help you:

Go snorkeling

Maltese waters are clear and full of interesting and colorful sea flora and fauna. There is rich marine life, coral reefs and wrecks for you to see. Did you know that you can even swim with turtles for example around Gozo St. Paul’s Bay, the Blue Lagoon and many more?

Wine tasting

Malta is one of the smallest wine-producing countries in the world. You can immerse yourself in the Maltese wine culture by visiting the wineries in the area. Organized tours with wine tasting are offered there.

Going to the fish market

On Sunday in Marsaxlokk, there is a wonderful fish market. You have to go early because everything is bought fast. So, it is the perfect place to see a sunrise. Tip! Souvenirs there are cheaper than in most places. You can also enjoy the colorful Maltese boats!

Celebrate your birthday on a boat

You can diversify your holiday by renting a boat in Malta. If you do not have the time and nerves to prepare food you choose the catering on the boat. Imagine you are in the middle of the clear Maltese water, your favorite songs are heard around you, you eat fresh food and you are with cool people. Needless to say, that will be your most unforgettable birthday ever.

Dive into cultural heritage

The Maltese Islands have sites that are on UNESCO World Heritage List. In addition, there are countless cultural heritage sites that you can explore and immerse yourself in the Maltese culture. You can visit St John’s Co-Cathedral, Ħaġar Qim, Mnajdra and many more.

Try popular and traditional foods

Maltese food is known for the best flavor in the Mediterranean. The best way to discover one country is to try its food. You should try some of the most popular foods on the island such as Pastizzi, Timpana, Ħobż biż-Żejt and Lampuka.

Visit Popeye Village

Popular for being the Film Set of the 1980 Musical Production “Popeye”.
Did you know that the original name of the island is Sweethaven? You can visit Popeye’s House Museum, watch puppet shows, take a mini-golf course, a free wine tasting and many more! Regardless of the years, this will be an unforgettable experience for you!

Visit the Blue Grotto

Blue Grotto is situated in the southeast of the island. The place is popular because of the caves, which can only be reached by boat. Don’t forget that swimming is forbidden there because of the dangerous waves! The sun’s rays are reflected in the crystal clear water that surrounds you. Don’t forget to take many photos to save that moment forever!

If you want to do something different, ask a Maltese to divorce you and tell you a story. Believe us it will be unforgettable!
