This LG 77″ OLED 4K Smart TV for £1,999 will make any sporting event or video game sing, and you can save £200 on a soundbar when you buy one at the same time. Or if an energy-efficient new tumble dryer is on the agenda, particularly while energy bills are front of mind through these damp and chilly months, the Samsung Series 5 OptimalDry™ and SmartThings Heat Pump Tumble Dryer is now £529, instead of £749.
For the coffee lovers, you could avail yourself of a barista-like coffee maker from one of the biggest names in kitchen gadgets with the Smeg Bean To Cup Coffee Machine for £299, down from £699.95. There are many more products besides, including ovens and fridge-freezers from all the best brands, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, wine coolers, air fryers, and everything in between.
“Cheerful, courteous, professional,” said one five-star review. “They were fabulous this morning with our early Sunday morning delivery. Put our dryer exactly where we asked, checked we were happy with our delivery and within a few minutes they were off to their next delivery. Our dryer is currently plugged in and drying its first load, but we’ve got confidence in Marks Electrical if we have a problem as we have used them before.”

“Ordered Saturday, delivered Monday 8:00am,” said another five-star review. “They were both very helpful and efficient and made sure we were totally happy before they left. I was kept informed of delivery at all times and they phoned 15 mins before arriving. Very pleasant experience.”
“Just bought an American fridge-freezer from Marks Electricals,” added another happy customer. “It looks superb, but more remarkable was the service provided by the delivery men who installed it and removed our old fridge-freezer. They were outstanding, from being bang on-time to making it all seem so straightforward. ‘No problem, Sir’ was the regular phrase used in response to my questions. Without doubt, I’d recommend them to anyone.”
Some customers have reported issues with deliveries, however. “Original time slot was missed, despite a text stating when delivery would take place,” said a three-star review. “The WhatsApp chat bot was useless. Held in queue on telephone. Once I got through, staff were friendly but basically said the two-hour time slot is not definite.”
Another said: “The delivery drivers were polite and helpful. They kept us fully informed as to where they were, and their anticipated arrival time was as good as their word. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the communication with the delivery planning/D&G and attempts to change the delivery dates and times. We literally spent hours on the phone and chat lines and had no help at all.”
Marks Electrical is not the only place with a sale on ahead of Black Friday, Currys has deals on great tech such as this Acer Chromebook at £100 off, while Robert Dyas’s sale is worth a browse too, with highlights including this Salter air fryer for just £79.99. Alternatively, Argos also has a variety of deals on home-tech while Amazon has savings on pretty much every kind of product.
